1664 is a 2500 sq ft bungalow that has been carefully planned to maximize natural light and airflow while minimizing its environmental impact. Its open-concept living spaces and large windows provide ample natural light, creating a sense of spaciousness. The bungalow will feature an earthen floor constructed from on-site native soils, providing geothermal heating and cooling properties to the house, along with a large rammed earth trombe wall in the center of the house that provides passive solar heating to the living space.

The bungalow will be constructed with sustainable and eco-friendly materials, including locally sourced timber and recycled materials wherever possible.
